RacketLab Terms of Use
Effective Date: October 3, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your use of the RacketLab mobile application, RacketLab Pro subscription features, and the RacketLab website at getracketlab.com (the “Website”).
By downloading, accessing, or using RacketLab or the Website, you agree to these Terms.
1. RacketLab
RacketLab is a tennis equipment and session-tracking application designed to help users organize racket setups, string setups, session feedback, and equipment-related recommendations.
RacketLab may provide recommendations regarding racket configuration, string type, string tension, and related tennis equipment decisions.
These recommendations are informational and are not guaranteed to improve performance or prevent injury.
The Website provides information about RacketLab and links to support, privacy, and terms pages. It is provided for general informational purposes.
2. Not Medical Advice
RacketLab is not a medical service.
Any discomfort, pain, or physical information entered into RacketLab is used only to help provide equipment-related feedback.
RacketLab does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or professional medical advice.
If you experience significant, persistent, or worsening pain or injury, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
3. RacketLab Pro
Certain features may require a paid RacketLab Pro subscription.
RacketLab Pro may include features such as Deep Coach and other premium functionality identified within the app.
The specific features included with RacketLab Pro may evolve over time as RacketLab is improved.
4. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
RacketLab Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.
For the initial subscription offering:
- Subscription: RacketLab Pro
- Billing period: Monthly
- Price: The price displayed in the app and in the App Store for your country or region
Payment will be charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it through your Apple subscription settings before the end of the current billing period.
Apple manages billing, renewals, cancellations, and payment processing.
5. Cancellation
You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings.
Canceling a subscription generally prevents future renewals. Access to RacketLab Pro may continue until the end of the already-paid subscription period.
Deleting RacketLab from your device does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
6. Refunds
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple.
Refund requests are handled according to Apple’s applicable policies and procedures.
RacketLab does not directly process App Store subscription payments or refunds.
7. Restore Purchases
RacketLab may provide a Restore Purchases feature to restore eligible RacketLab Pro access associated with your Apple Account.
Restoration depends on information provided by Apple and RacketLab’s subscription-management provider.
8. Local Data
RacketLab currently stores racket setups, session history, preferences, and related app information locally on your device.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and for any device backups you choose to maintain.
Deleting the app or clearing its local data may result in loss of locally stored RacketLab information.
9. Subscription Management Services
RacketLab uses RevenueCat to manage subscription status and premium access.
RevenueCat may process transaction and subscription information necessary to determine whether you are entitled to RacketLab Pro features.
Payments themselves are processed by Apple.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt RacketLab
- Reverse engineer or misuse the app except where applicable law expressly permits it
- Attempt to bypass subscription or premium-access controls
- Use RacketLab for unlawful purposes
- Misrepresent or misuse RacketLab’s content or services
11. Intellectual Property
RacketLab, including its application design, branding, original content, recommendation logic, and related materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Third-party product names, racket brands, string brands, trademarks, and related identifiers belong to their respective owners.
Reference to third-party products does not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless explicitly stated.
12. Availability and Changes
RacketLab may be updated, modified, or improved over time.
Features may change as the app develops.
We may temporarily suspend portions of the service when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, updates, or technical issues.
For paid subscription features, RacketLab will make reasonable efforts to continue providing the service purchased by users during their applicable subscription period.
13. No Guarantee of Results
Tennis performance depends on many factors, including technique, fitness, equipment, environment, and individual preferences.
RacketLab does not guarantee:
- Improved tennis performance
- Prevention of injuries
- Specific equipment outcomes
- Accuracy for every individual player or situation
Users remain responsible for their own equipment and playing decisions.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RacketLab is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, operating-system version, racket, string, or user situation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RacketLab and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of the app.
This includes, where legally permitted, losses related to equipment decisions, loss of locally stored app data, inability to access the app, or reliance on recommendations.
These limitations do not apply where applicable law does not permit such limitations.
16. Privacy
Your use of RacketLab is also subject to the RacketLab Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled within the app and on the Website, and by relevant third-party services.
17. Apple Terms
When RacketLab is downloaded through Apple’s App Store, your use of the app is also subject to applicable Apple Media Services Terms and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable.
Apple is not responsible for providing RacketLab support services.
18. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time as RacketLab changes.
The current version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
Continued use of RacketLab after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance of those updated Terms, subject to applicable law.
